Stanislav Volevach has 15 years of real estate experience as owner of new home builder and renovation expert companies. Stanislav has renovated and built new homes all around Vancouver, Dawson Creek and Fort St.John, while working closely with each individual client to create the perfect storybook home or home improvement project.
Stanislav decided to start a new chapter in his professional career by joining Irina Nichol mortgage team. Stanislav very organized, attention to detail and background in construction brings a different expertise to the team.
He enjoys his weekends with his wife and two energetic children hiking, biking or skiing on local mountains during winter season. Fun fact: he played tennis professionally for Ukrainian National Junior tennis team.

Seann Shaffer is proud to be part of Irina Nichol Mortgage Team as an advisor and has been in the mortgage industry since 2016. Seann adds exceptional client care and core value to the team. His previous experience as a successful insurance broker for the past 9 years blends well into the role of a mortgage advisor. When Seann is not crunching numbers for you, he can usually be found acting in front of a microphone using his voice for commercials.
